Rashard Lewis has officially been signed by the Detroit Pistons. A press conference was scheduled for 1pm to announce the signing. The Pistons acquired Lewis in a trade with Magic with the Pistons sending All-Star Chauncey Billups to Orlando.
“Rashard is a young, athletic forward and a proven scorer in this league,” said ITW. “We feel his skills will be a tremendous addition to our team and we are very excited to have him join the Piston family.”
Hello fellow GM's. Magic Office announced another "mad scientist" experiment. Orlando Magic WILL trade Rashard Lewis by "auctioning" him to best offer. Here how it will go:
- Place your offer by Forum Private Message
- Make sure salaries will work (or at least let me know it they will need scrubs to be moved.
- Any player from Magic can be included, as long as R. Lewis is part of the deal.
- Look at the big picture on your offer, ie. I don’t want to be with 3 good PF's and no sf for example.
- Offer deadline: Monday. So I will be making up my mind on Tuesday, so we can get it done before next roster
- I WILL trade for best offer and that is a promise (Disclaimer: as a trade comish I can't allow trade that makes no sense, like I wouldn’t for any gm in Euroslam), so if u really want him, make sure your offer is competitive.
Now why would I do this? Since I love the trading game, and it keeps things going for me.
I hope to see at least few nice offers that I can choose between.
Happy "bidding"!

The minute Phoenix Suns coach and general manager G-Force started throwing parties for friends around the L to celebrate his wins, his teams' performance dropped significantly. Suns fans start to get a bit concerned, now that their favorite team has a 4 game loosing streak.
The last two games, both against the Chicago Bulls, were real thrillers which could have turned out differently, but they didn't...
The first game, Kirk Hinrich scored a buzzer beating shot from behind the arc, while the second game went into overtime. Nash had 40 points but fouled out, and the Suns' small lead vanished away giving the Bulls their second victory over the Suns.
Coach G-Force has to tighten the strings, perhaps even trade some players. What we do know is that recently signed center Jerome James performs way under the limit. Rumors around the team wives say he will be released, perhaps even before the new roster gets out.
Another player with a horrible record this season is Boris Diaw. When we asked coach G-Force on the man about him, he replied: "Diaw performs like a spoiled kid! If it's up to me, he's out... even without a trade... and he knows, his wife knows, the team knows, and the fans know that. He's a true disgrace for the wage he receives, so if we receive any reasonable offer, he will be traded."
Barbosa's name has showed up on several trade lists recently, nevertheless he's has been the first substitute for Raja Bell until this very moment. After verifying, the Suns management has made it clear that he will finish the season in Phoenix.
So... if the partying will continue??? G-Force his friends really hope so, as G's get together are known to be wild. It will all depend if Phoenix can turn the tie. Only time will tell...
Early this afternoon on a press conference Monta Ellis and his agent demanded more game time and touches with the ball or to be traded. "Look now fellas, I am sharing my time with Delfino and Kidd really haven’t passed the ball to me and taken advance of the things I can bring to court. Use me or trade me!" was Monta's clear message to Magic's GM office.
Once asked from Damnation about the issue he answered. "Well, our whole team is just put together, no one should actually expect anything else but to show out night in, and night out giving there best effort on court. So far we are still winning, And Monta is valuable asset to Magic's organization. Hopefully he has patience to see where we are heading."
Rumor center keeps eye on the situation and will report on possible moves on this frontier
New Jersey nets can proudly announce that they've achieved two mayor trades and get very strong additions to their team. First in 3rd week they've traded Vince Carter for another even better All Star player LeBron James. Then in week four they've traded Jason Kidd and Olowokandi for Andrei Kirilenko aka AK47, Carlos Arroyo and Harpring. LeBron has already give his percent to our team, now we need from AK47 to do the same.
Coach G-Force is winning this year!

Well, here's a piece from coach G-Force, not to mix up with commissioner G-Force ;) Right on, as you know I have been winning more than ever, but why and how the heck, you may have asked yourself. Well, let me tell you a little bit about it in this news item.
The first game I played, was the first game since a very long time, since I skipped last season. In the mean time I only played with the XBOX 360, which as you know has a totally different controller.
So... what has this to do with me winning games?
Simple, the first game I played I kind 'a noticed that I was not used to using the pad anymore, so I switched to using the left analog stick to move my players around on the basketball court. At first this felt really funny and I lost my first game against Orlando Magic heavily, but the more I played, the more I improved... which eventually led to a winning streak of 7 games.
I wish I found out about this several years ago, guess how much frustration that could have saved :D
So next time you see one of the Suns' players break your ankles, you know why...
Peace
Orlando Magic traded Andrei Kirilenko to New Jersey Nets for Jason Kidd. "While Kiri was a proven defender and smart offensive player, he wasn't all that happy for his role coming off the bench. And while we have been playing pretty well so far, we have been lacking leadership on court, and we are sure Jason will bring just that." said GM Damnation, when asked about this block buster. Along the way C. Arroyo and M. Harpring will head to Nets and M. Olowokandi will pack his bag and join Kidd to this Magical trip.
The Magics will also get new fresh blood by form of Delphino, who was traded for veteran player Pat Garrity, while Magic lost Harpring and had missing material on their small forward spot. Delphino will also bring size and defensive toughness to the shooting guard spot when needed against some of the league super stars.
